Tuvalu, Home of .tv, is Slowly Submerging
Tuvalu, an island belonging to New Zealand, which has always been low in the water - at an average of no more than 6 feet, is now sinking. Tuvalu’s biggest interaction with the internet - .tv domains. But as the quickly sinking island could be gone in 50 years, the question people are asking is, “what about .tv domains?”

The Surface by Microsoft
Microsoft has recently (fairly quiely) put out a new technology - The Surface (http://tr.im/i3Fo). This “device”, is basically a highly powered and innovative computer connected to a touch screen on a cofee table. This device could be used for everything from sharing pictures to wreading credit cards - no more wasted time spent typing in you credit card info. The possibilities seem...
Obama - More Power?
As most people know by now, Obama has recently tried to expand the Presidential powers. I, with my extremely unpopular views, think the government needs to have less of a role, and not give too much power to one person. The president is already a very powerful person, especially when he is as popular as Obama is - he is extremely influential.
This nation was founded by men who were tired of a...

chartier:
Microsoft counters the “Apple Store” with “Retail Experience Center,” a name that both lacks the company’s brand and contains far too many meaningless syllables. Who the hell is in charge of naming Microsoft’s stuff, and why haven’t they been tossed on their ass yet?

Jobs - continued...
Well, what will Apple do without Jobs?
I am nearly certain that Apple without Jobs will not be a re-run of the 80s. In recent years, Jobs has done a lot of mostly behind the scenes work on building a team to run Apple without him. Without Jobs, Apple can’t be the same, but at the same time - it can.
In the coming months we will see what Jobs has done about a succesor, but I think we can...

Apple Attending CES In 2010
SOURCE: Apple Insider - http://tr.im/585h
On the heels of announcing its plans to bail on Macworld Expo next year, Apple will be instead attending the more generic Consumer Electronics Show in 2010, according to sources familiar with the matter. The blogosphere has been passionately arguing both for and against an Apple appearance at CES, which is held in Las Vegas rather than Macworld...
Steve Jobs - What Happened To Him
With no recent word from Apple concerning Steve Jobs, there are a few things people might be thinking possible. One possibility is that Apple is trying to take Steve out of the picture as he gets older and is getting close to a possible retirment. This woud explain why Steve Balmer (too many Steves) was brought in - he would be a very likely replacement for Jobs.
